Transformative dental procedures
There are a variety of transformative dental procedures we offer that provide you with the best and most beautiful smile. Some of these procedures include:
All-On-Four® Dental Implants
The All-on-Four® dental implant is a relatively new innovation in cosmetic dentistry space. Unlike prevailing conventional tooth replacement therapies, such as individual implants capped by crowns, the All-on-Four® system is a bridge prosthesis supported by just four implants per arch. This revolutionary marriage of oral prosthodontics with dental implants gives patients the best of both worlds.
Those who opt for the All-on-Four® dental implants get stability, longevity, and important deep jaw stimulation of traditional implants without the invasive surgery and extensive recovery period that would otherwise be necessary.
Many patients who would otherwise require comprehensive gum recontouring, bone grafting and other complex preparatory procedures with long recovery periods can instead receive a complete reconstructive treatment with just a single appointment.
The benefits are undeniable. With Willow Pass Dental Care’s New Smile in a Day, patients can save time, money, and avoid unnecessary pain all within a single appointment in most cases.
Other dental procedures include:
and there are many more treatment options.
Steps to a new smile in just one day
We begin with an initial consultation. In this consultation, we get to know you, your goals and your health.
The initial consultation is designed for you and Dr. Reza Khazaie to determine what your needs are and which procedures and requisite preparatory work may be necessary to achieve those target results. Some patients may require extensive preparatory work while others can begin the surgical process almost immediately.
Our expert and highly experienced dental staff at Willow Pass Dental Care will carefully evaluate each individual, including oral history and stated goals and desires in order to make the best recommendations. Once that is determined you along with Dr. Khazaie and other dental specialists on the team will determine timelines, procedures, and budget to give you peace of mind. You can rest assured that your treatment path will be carefully crafted and designed for you.
After a treatment path is determined, many patients can proceed to the next steps: preliminary preparation work and surgery.
During the preliminary preparation phase, impressions and CAT scans are taken in order to digitally plot out the exact location, angle, and rotation of each replacement tooth. If applicable, rotted and unsalvageable teeth are cleanly extracted. For those who choose the All-On-Four® dental implants, four strategically located implants will be embedded, two in the back of the jaw and two in the mid-jaw perpendicular to the gums. These implants are arthroscopically embedded utilizing minimally invasive computer-guided technologies. The anchor implants, four for each arch, will function as supports for a permanent bridge prosthesis which can often be attached immediately after the implant surgery is complete.
New smile in a day recovery time
Recovery times will vary from one patient to the next and are heavily influenced by a variety of factors including patient health, preexisting conditions, the scope and complexity of the intervention necessary, and the actual procedures involved.
The average recovery time for an All-On-Four® dental implant operation is often a few months. Many patients can begin using their new implants right away for eating. While we do our very best to ensure a perfect fit and maximum comfort during the initial placement of the primary teeth replacement prosthesis, follow up appointments to make minor adjustments are recommended. Follow up appointments during the recovery period ensure everything is perfect and allow for adjustments to made if necessary. Our goal is to be there for you every step of the way and ensure that you are comfortable during the process and that you achieve your dream smile.
