COMMON TERMS USED IN THESE RULES
These are the official rules that govern how the Willow Pass Dental Care Contest will operate. This promotion will be simply referred to as the “Contest” throughout the rest of these rules. In these rules, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Willow Pass Dental Care: a full-care dental office and the sponsor of the Contest. “You” refers to an eligible Contest entrant.
WHAT ARE THE START AND END DATES?
This Contest starts at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (CST) on March 8, 2018, and ends at 5:00 p.m. PST on April 12, 2018 (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER?
You are eligible to enter this Contest if you meet the following requirements at the time of entry:
- You are a legal resident of California;
- You are NOT an employee of Willow Pass Dental Care;
- You are NOT affiliated with Willow Pass Dental Care as a supplier or vendor;
- You are NOT affiliated with the willowpassdentalcare.com website;
- You are NOT involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest;
- You are NOT an immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of anyone excluded above, or a person involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest; and
- You are at least 18 years of age
- No purchase necessary to enter. This Contest is void outside of the geographic area described above and wherever else prohibited by law.
HOW DO YOU ENTER?
To enter, go to https://willowpassdentalcare.com/date-night/ and complete the form. Your entry must contain your name, email, and answer the question regarding where you would take your date. There is an entry limit of one (1) entry per person.
PRIZE
- $100 gift card (VISA or MasterCard)
- 2 Weekly winners: $100 value weekly
- 16 total winners for the duration of contest

If winner accepts a prize, the winner will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and tax reporting. No warranty, guarantee or other assurances are given regarding the quality or operation of the grand prize or any of the weekly prizes. Winner(s) assumes responsibility for anything arising from acceptance of any prizes for this contest.)
ENTRY AND WINNER SELECTION
The online Contest page will be used to collect your entry information for the weekly prizes. Weekly winners will be selected each week from among all entries for that week.
By entering this contest you understand and agree that all elements of chance occur in California, regardless of where you are located when the winner(s) are notified. Therefore, you also agree that the contest occurs solely in California.
All entries for the weekly prizes must be submitted electronically at https://willowpassdentalcare.com/date-night/ by 5:00 PM PST each Friday during the contest. The prize winners will be chosen and announced on Willow Pass Dental Care social media pages, the Willow Pass Dental Care website, and notified by phone or email. You do not need to enter each week in order to win one of the 12 total prizes.
WHAT OTHER CONDITIONS ARE YOU AGREEING TO BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST?
By entering this Contest you agree:
To abide by these Official Rules;
To release and hold harmless Willow Pass Dental Care and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or any prize won;
The Promoter’s decisions will be final and binding on all matters related to this Contest;
That by entering this contest, or accepting a prize, and accepting these terms, the Promoter or its agents have the expressed written authorization (consistent with NRS 597.790) to use your proper name, voice, signature, photograph, likeness, persona and state of residence (or any one or more of the foregoing) in any media, in connection with this Contest, without payment or compensation to you; and
The Promoter and its agents may use the information you provide via the online Contest page/site or on any other page of the willowpassdentalcare.com web site to provide you with announcements, notices, and advertisements regarding special offers, and in any other way disclosed in the willowpassdentalcare.com privacy policies.
WHAT LAWS GOVERN THE WAY THIS CONTEST IS EXECUTED AND ADMINISTERED?
This Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of California and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of California for any disputes arising out of this Contest.
WHAT IF SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENS AND THE CONTEST CAN’T RUN AS PLANNED?
If cheating, a virus, bug, catastrophic event, act of God or nature, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled (also referred to as force majeure), affects the fairness and/or integrity of this Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this Contest. This right is reserved whether the event is due to a human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Contest, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Contest. If you attempt to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this Contest by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in any way, we may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, we may ban you from participating in any of our future Contests, so please play fairly.
HOW CAN YOU FIND OUT WHO WON?
Willow Pass Dental Care will post the names of winners who won online via social media, Facebook, and/or willowpassdentalcare.com. This list will be posted following the end of the Contest.
