What to Expect On Your First Visit

We know that time is very important in your busy schedule. We reserve a reasonable amount of time for each patient visit and don’t schedule a large number of patients in each appointment.

We offer individualized dental care, focusing on the needs of the individual patient. This allows us time to listen to questions rather than rush through an appointment. If the patient needs extra time to relax, get numb or play, they’ve got it! If parents have extra questions at the end of a procedure, we encourage them to ask. We try to be a patient and kid-friendly office.

We also welcome emergency visit 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. We understand when you have a toothache or your child has a dental accident and cannot wait for a next day appointment. Please do not hesitate to call us for an emergency.

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. A complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

Information We Will Need

  • Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable and available
  • A list of medications you are presently taking

If you have medical or dental insurance, please bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
